Home cooked food can make any environment feel warm and welcoming. I learned that each group needs at least one person who brings outsized energy, and that there needs to be some way to create buy-in that people will see each other again.

This was a great way for me to connect my friends to each other. However, I learned that when you invite people in groups of more than 3, they stick to those that they know.
